When we go to therapy, we go looking for answers. My belief is that I do not have all the answers. I am not the expert. You are the expert of your life. I approach clients and their concerns from a place of strength. What has worked for you in the past? What is your strength? What do you do really well? How have you faced turmoil in the past? This highlights resilience and gives hope for today’s problems. I also believe in molding sessions to fit your needs. So if you’re a therapy connoisseur and have an awareness of what has worked for you in the past, that is the direction we will work from. If you are new to therapy, we will develop different things to try that could help with your healing.
